Recipe help!
I have to make a dish to bring to the potluck we're having on Christmas evening. Last year, I made Oreo truffles. And I made these Berry Cream Filled Chocolate Cups for a gathering earlier this month. So you see, I don't want to just bring something easy now that I have a reputation for bringing these fun foods. The only problem is, I don't have a lot of time to do something, so I need a recipe that doesn't take a lot of preparation, but still looks impressive. I'm hoping some of you have ideas you can send my way!!!

How about Death by Chocolate? It's a dessert layered with brownies, chocolate mousse and cool whip, with crushed heath bars. It goes in a trifle bowl so it looks really pretty and is quite easy to make.

Recently I had a a very elegant but simple dessert, it was one scoop of almond cheese cake, placed in a cup and black berries and raspberries dropped down over the top. Delish!!
