Healer

I was so excited to sing for praise team this morning. We have been working on a new song, and today was the first time to sing it in church. When I woke up this morning, my throat hurt so bad, and I could barely talk! So I called our leader and told him I wouldn't be singing. My throat felt a bit better and I had a very croaky voice at church this morning, so it's a good thing that I didn't try to sing with the praise team! Jennifer, sorry if my singing behind you made you want to walk out this morning!
Anyway, here's the song that they did for the first time this morning...

You hold my every moment
You calm my raging seas
You walk with me through fire
And heal all my disease

I trust in You
I trust in You

I believe You're my Healer
I believe You are all I need
I believe You're my Portion
I believe You're more than enough for me
Jesus You're all I need

My Healer, You're my Healer

Nothing is impossible for You
Nothing is impossible for You
Nothing is impossible for You
You hold my world in Your hands

  1. What a great song.
Hope you feel better soon- I missed it too. Mark and I both have a touch of the flu. Hope they do that song again soon!

  2. I hope you are feeling better this evening, Melissa. I also woke up with a sore throat but I don't sing so no problem. I did go to church.

This song is especially comforting in light of what Bob and Mari are going through right now.

  3. Wow that explains a lot I couldn't for the life of me figure out what that wierd noise behind me was this morning... WHATEVER!!! I dodn't hear you at all you silly rabbit. I was wondering why Kaitlyn was up there alone. Libby's throat sounds kinda thick today but she hasn't said anything about it so I am not asking. Anna had to fill in for Heather Bakale last week. Her and Nicole had strep. Yuck I hope that is not what you are getting. Stay healthy.
    Smiles!

  4. I really like that song too! I wish I could have been there to see them sing it. My mom is sending me the sermon recordings each week so I am excited to get them and hear a normal church service. Miss you and hope you are feeling better!
